About the job as an operator

As an operator, you will work in a dynamic production environment where you, together with your colleagues, ensure an efficient production flow and high product quality. The workday is characterized by variation and rotation between different stations, meaning no day is the same. The role also includes forklift driving as a natural part of the daily work, where you handle materials and support the production flows.

Your tasks may include:

• Production work, including optimizing production, changeovers, and material handling
• Noticing deviations and performing preventive maintenance
• Participating in the development of processes and process equipment
• Performing quality controls
• Forklift driving

The candidate we are looking for

We are looking for someone who thrives in a production environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are in focus. You are meticulous, responsible, and have an easy time both collaborating and working independently. You have a positive attitude, enjoy a fast pace, and have a good ability to follow instructions. We place great importance on personal suitability.

To succeed in the role, you need:

• Forklift license A1-A4 and B1-B4
• Another main occupation of at least 50%
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to read and follow instructions carefully
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record and load register as part of this recruitment process before a possible employment.
